Home Delivery Eligibility:
To be eligible for Home Delivery your order must comply with the following guidelines:

1) Delivery Access: The delivery truck must be able to pull in or back up directly to the drop-off location. Please make sure the drop-off location can accommodate the size of our delivery truck. If unsure, please contact us before scheduling your delivery. No dragging, carrying, or carting of items will be provided.

2) Driver Discretion: The driver will determine the safest approach to the unloading spot to prevent damage or the truck getting stuck.

3) Delivery Timing: Deliveries can occur at any time on the scheduled day. You are not required to be present for delivery. However, if you’d like a call when your order is en route, please specify this in the comments section of your order.

Delivery Areas, Fees, and Schedules

- RAMONA & POWAY: $100 minimum purchase, $10 fuel charge, delivery Monday-Friday 

- ESCONDIDO & NORTH COUNTY: $250 minimum purchase, $10 fuel charge, delivery on Tuesdays 

- JULIAN & MESA GRANDE: $250 minimum purchase, $10 fuel charge, delivery on Wednesdays

- LAKESIDE & SOUTH COUNTY: $250 minimum purchase, $10 fuel charge, delivery on Thursdays 

- RANCHITA & WARNER SPRINGS: $500 minimum purchase, $50 fuel charge, call to schedule delivery: (760) 789-5020

Delivery Order Information
When placing your order, please include the following details in the comments:

- Your preferred delivery day (Monday–Friday, as noted above).
- Specific unloading instructions for the driver upon arrival.
- Items to be non-taxed (tax will be refunded after we receive the order).
- Any additional details or requests (e.g., gate code, call before delivery).

The Fine Print

- Home deliveries do not qualify for Elston Hay & Grain discounts.
- Delivery times are not scheduled; deliveries occur on the scheduled day based on a full load heading in your direction.
- A $25 fee will apply if delivery cannot be completed due to customer issues (e.g., obstruction, unruly pet, missing gate code, or unreachable by phone). Rescheduling will move the delivery to the next available delivery day.
